Leadership: Leadership is diverse in nature. It applies (to a degree) at home, at the workplace, and in every area of life in some way. Leading isn’t always necessarily directing, but knowing when to fall back… to be quiet… to know what and when not to say in order to bring peace, balance, and a desired result. A leader is also teachable. Everyday life offers new insights from which to grow from, and it is important that we reflect and learn from them. This area of conversation will discuss the different characteristics of leading and what it takes to lead.
